Hey, I’m Rowan, Sports Massage therapist based in Sunderland.
I provide a professional sports massage at a time and date to suit you.

Sport and fitness is a massive part of my life as it has a massive influence on general and mental well-being. Sporting injuries and niggling joints has hampered me throughout my teens and 20s and so I know how hard it is living day to day in pain. No one should be waking up in pain or walking around with an aching lower back.

I am currently studying Physiotherapy at uni! Having already studied Sports Science at Sunderland and Sports Massage, I set up RS Sports Massage Therapy, to help everyone who plays sport at any level to maximise their sporting performance and to help you go about your everyday life free from pain.
